Choose between our 2000 sq.ft Main Stage on Floor 1 — ideal for films, TV commercials, music videos, automotive shoots and large-scale productions — or our 600 sq.ft Content Suite on Floor 2, built for podcasts, interviews, fashion and product photography. Both floors share 30 KW clean power, high-speed internet, air conditioning, premium makeup rooms and free on-site parking. Half-day (4-hour) and full-day (8-hour) packages are available, and multi-day bookings receive preferential rates. For productions that need both floors, a dedicated production manager, or craft services, ask us for a custom quote.

Questions About Studio Rental Pricing
What is included in the studio rental price?
Every rental includes the shooting floor, basic lighting stands, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, makeup stations, washrooms, parking, and on-floor production support. Equipment and catering can be arranged on request.
Do you offer half-day and full-day packages?
Yes. We offer 4-hour half-day slots and 8-hour full-day packages for both Floor 1 and Floor 2. Multi-day and long-term productions receive preferential rates — contact us for a custom quote.
Is GST included in the listed rates?
All published rates are exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is provided for every booking, and GST is added at the prevailing rate.
Can I rent camera, lighting and grip equipment?
We are equipment-neutral, so you can bring your own gear. We can also arrange camera, lighting, and grip packages through our network of rental partners on request.
